JESUS is RISEN and is ALIVE FOREVER!
Jesus was made perfect after his crucifixion, death,
and resurrection. “And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal
salvation unto all them that obey him” (Hebrews 5:9). Jesus was glorified by the
power of God. Jesus was once again given life. Jesus became immortal. Jesus can
longer die. Jesus has eternal life (Romans 1:2–4, 6:6) (1 Corinthians 15:20).
The Apostle Paul explained it vividly. said: “For if we have been planted together in the [LIKENESS OF HIS DEATH], we shall be also in the [LIKENESS OF HIS RESURRECTION]. Knowing that Christ being [RAISED FROM THE DEAD DIETH NO MORE]; death hath no more dominion over him” (Romans 6:5, 9).
Jesus’ death and resurrection was the most significant task in accomplishing his mission, which he was sent to complete on this earth. This very act of laying down his life and taking it up again, as commanded by his Father (John 10:17), is the proof that God wanted people at that time to witness, and this is written as testimony in the word of God for all to read and believe from that time to this day, to the end of time: “And this is the record, that God [HATH GIVEN TO US ETERNAL LIFE, AND THIS LIFE] is in his Son” (1 John 11).
“That whosoever [BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD] not perish,
but [HAVE ETERNAL LIFE]” (John 3:15).
Jesus made reference to this in speaking about the resurrection: “God saying, ‘I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. [GOD IS NOT THE GOD OF THE DEAD, BUT OF THE LIVING]’” (Matthew 22:32).
“For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself; and hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man” (John 5:26–27).
Jesus declared, said: “[I AM HE THAT LIVETH, AND WAS DEAD; AND, BEHOLD, I AM ALIVE FOR EVERMORE], Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death” (Revelation 1:18).
“[JESUS CHRIST] the same [YESTERDAY, AND TODAY, AND FOREVER]” (Hebrews 13:8). “Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, [WORLD WITHOUT END]. Amen” (Ephesians 3:21).
