The LORD’s Prayer and the CROSS OF JESUS every day of our DAILY lives. When we awake to face another day, begin the day with the Lord’s Prayer; and before going to sleep at night, end of the day with the Lord’s Prayer (Matthew 6:9-13; 10:38; 16:24).
“IT is a good thing to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High: To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the [MORNING], and thy faithfulness every [NIGHT]” (Psalm 92:1-2).
The Holy Scriptures says: “Be not rash with
thy mouth, and let not thine heart be hasty to utter any thing before God: for
God is in heaven, and thou upon earth: therefore let thy words be few”
(Ecclesiastes 5:2).
JESUS, the Only Begotten Son of God says:
“[GOD IS A SPIRIT: AND THEY THAT WORSHIP HIM MUST WORSHIP HIM IN SPIRIT AND IN
TRUTH]; [BUT THE HOUR COMETH, AND NOW IS, WHEN THE TRUE WORSHIPPERS SHALL
WORSHIP THE FATHER IN SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH]: for the Father seeketh such to
worship him.” (John 4:24, 23).
“[IF ANY MAN WILL COME AFTER ME], [LET HIM
DENY HIMSELF], and [TAKE UP HIS CROSS DAILY], and [FOLLOW ME]” (Luke 9:23).
“And he that [TAKETH NOT HIS CROSS], and
followeth after me, [IS NOT WORTHY OF ME]” (Matthew 10:38).
“‘[I AM THE WAY, THE TRUTH, AND THE LIFE: NO
MAN COMETH UNTO THE FATHER, BUT BY ME]’” (John 14:2-6).
“When ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as
the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much
speaking. Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what
things ye have need of, before ye ask him” (Matthew 6:7-8).
“And I say unto you, ask, and it shall be
given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
[FOR EVERY ONE THAT ASKETH RECEIVETH; AND HE THAT SEEKETH FINDETH; AND TO HIM
THAT KNOCKETH IT SHALL BE OPENED]” (Luke 11:9–10).
“And whatsoever ye shall [ASK IN MY NAME],
that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son” (John 14:13).
“[AFTER THIS MANNER THEREFORE PRAY YE]: Our
Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth,
as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our
debtors.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver
us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever.
Amen” (Matthew 6:9-13).
