DOCTRINE OF CHRIST from GOD the Father of Lights in Heaven or Doctrine of Devils from the prince of the world?
“NOW the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the [LATTER TIMES] some shall depart from the [FAITH], giving heed to seducing spirits, and [DOCTRINES OF DEVILS]. Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron” (1 Timothy 4:1-2).
“Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in
the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. [HE THAT ABIDETH IN THE DOCTRINE OF
CHRIST, HE HATH BOTH THE FATHER AND THE SON]” (2 John 1:9).
We must never forget that the devil, aka Satan
transformed himself into an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14); and there are
churches masquerading as houses of God. These churches have signs and ensigns
which range from a single eye, obelisks, pyramids, black and white checkered
floors and other known representations that are readily seen today in church
publications, online live media, and on the inside and outside of buildings.
For this reason, the Holy Scriptures warned:
“Keep thy foot when thou goest to the house of God, and be more ready to hear,
than to give the sacrifice of fools: for they consider not that they do evil”
(Ecclesiastes 5:1).
When King Jesus was here on this earth he was
asked about his doctrine.
“Jesus answered them, and said, ‘[MY DOCTRINE
IS NOT MINE, BUT HIS THAT SENT ME]. If any man will do his will, he shall know
of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself. He that
speaketh of himself seeketh his own glory: but he that seeketh his glory that
sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him’” (John 7:16-18).
Paul, the apostle to the Gentiles who preached
the GOSPEL OF CHRIST said: “And my speech and my preaching was not with
enticing words of man’s wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of
power: [THAT YOUR FAITH SHOULD NOT STAND IN THE WISDOM OF MEN, BUT IN THE POWER
OF GOD]” (1 Corinthians 2:4-5).
“For I am not ashamed of the [GOSPEL OF
CHRIST]: for [IT IS THE POWER OF GOD UNTO SALVATION TO EVERYONE THAT
BELIEVETH]; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek” (Romans 1:16).
“For the preaching of the cross is to them
that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the [POWER OF GOD]”
(1 Corinthians 1:19).
“But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them
that are lost:
In whom the god of this world hath blinded the
minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of
Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
[FOR WE PREACH NOT OURSELVES, BUT CHRIST JESUS
THE LORD; AND OURSELVES YOUR SERVANTS FOR JESUS’ SAKE].
[FOR GOD, WHO COMMANDED THE LIGHT TO SHINE OUT
OF DARKNESS], hath shined in our hearts, [TO GIVE THE LIGHT OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF
THE GLORY OF GOD IN THE FACE OF JESUS CHRIST]” (2 Corinthians 4:3-6).
“The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with
you all. Amen” (2 Thessalonians 3:18).
