And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other” (Matthew 24:29-31).

“So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors” (Matthew 24:33).

“[FOR AS THE LIGHTNING COMETH OUT OF THE EAST], and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. “He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen” (Revelation 22:20-21).

Jesus is not coming to reign on this earth because at the end of the Day of Judgment, this earth will become uninhabitable (Isaiah 24:19) (Revelation 16:17–18). “[IN HOPE OF ETERNAL LIFE, WHICH GOD], that cannot lie, [PROMISED BEFORE THE WORLD BEGAN]” (Titus 1:2). After Noah and his family came out of the ark after the great flood, God promised that the earth will not perish again by a great flood. God declared to Noah: “[I DO SET MY BOW IN THE CLOUD], and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth. And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh” (Genesis 9:13, 15).
