The DAY of the LORD is the DAY of CHRIST which will be DAY of JUDGMENT on the Last Day at the End of the World (Isaiah 13:9-11) (Matthew 24:35-36) (Revelation 11:18).
“For God so loved the world, that [HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON], that whosoever [BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD] not perish, but [HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE] (John 3:16).
“O earth, earth, earth, [HEAR THE WORD] of the LORD”
(Jeremiah 22:29).
“[LOOK UNTO ME, AND BE YE SAVED], all the ends of the earth:
for I am God, and there is none else” (Isaiah 45:22).
“Arise, O God, [JUDGE THE EARTH]: for thou shalt inherit all
nations” (Psalm 82:8).
“The mighty God, even the LORD, hath spoken, and called the
earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof. He shall call to the heavens from above, and
to the earth, that he may judge his people. And the heavens shall declare his
righteousness: for God is judge himself. Selah” (Psalm 50:1, 4,6).
“They come from a far country, from the end of heaven, even
the LORD, and the weapons of his indignation, to destroy the whole land.
Howl ye; for the day of the LORD is at hand; it shall come as
a destruction from the Almighty.
Therefore shall all hands be faint, and every man’s heart
shall melt:
And they shall be afraid: pangs and sorrows shall take hold
of them; they shall be in pain as a woman that travaileth: they shall be amazed
one at another; their faces shall be as flames” (Isaiah 13:5-8).
“Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both with [WRATH]
and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners
thereof out of it.
For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall
not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon
shall not cause her light to shine.
And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked
for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and
will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible” (Isaiah 13:9-11).
“And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich
men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every
free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; And
said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him
that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:
For [THE GREAT DAY OF HIS WRATH IS COME]; and who shall be
able to [STAND]?” (Revelation 6:15-17).
Jesus warns says: “AND [TAKE HEED TO YOURSELVES, LEST AT ANY
TIME] your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and [CARES
OF THIS LIFE], and ]SO THAT DAY COME UPON YOU UNAWARES]. For as a snare shall
it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.
[WATCH YE THEREFORE, AND PRAY ALWAYS], that ye may be
accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to
[STAND] before the Son of man” (Luke 21:34–36).
“[WATCH] ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things
before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall
from your own stedfastness” (2 Peter 3:17).
“[TAKE YE HEED, WATCH AND PRAY]: for ye know not when the
time is” (Mark 13:33).
“[WATCH] therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth
come” (Matthew 24:42).
“And what I say unto you I say unto all, [WATCH]” (Mark
13:37).
“[THEREFORE BE YE ALSO READY]: for in such an hour as ye
think not the Son of man cometh” (Matthew 24:44).
“[BEHOLD, I COME AS A THIEF]. [BLESSED IS HE THAT WATCHETH],
and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame”
(Revelation 16:15).
“He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come
quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be
with you all. Amen” (Revelation 22:20-21).
