JESUS COMES LAST at the END OF THE WORLD (Revelation 11:18; 22:13). Jesus is very clear when he says: “[I AM WITH YOU ALWAY], even unto the [END OF THE WORLD]. Amen” (Matthew 28:20).
Some people are still posting comments holding on to the belief that they will be taken away or “raptured” to escape the great period of tribulation (Matthew 24:21). They point to the passage of Scripture written by the Apostle Paul, saying:
“For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout,
with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in
Christ shall rise first, then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up
together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we
ever be with the Lord” (1 Thessalonians 4:16–17).
However, this passage of scripture outlines the summary of
events AFTER THE GREAT TRIBULATION at the END OF THE WORLD on the DAY OF CHRIST
when Jesus returns on the LAST DAY for the DAY OF JUDGMENT (Matthew 25:31–34)
(Matthew 25:41, 46).
The Apostle Paul very clearly said: “[FOR WE MUST ALL APPEAR]
before the judgment seat of Christ; that [EVERY ONE MAY RECEIVE THE THINGS DONE
IN HIS BODY], according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad” (2
Corinthians 5:10).
The Apostle Paul warned said: “Work out your own [SALVATION]
with fear and trembling that ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye
may be sincere and without offence till the [DAY OF CHRIST]” (Philippians 2:12,
1:10).
Jesus very clearly says: “Immediately [AFTER THE TRIBULATION]
of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light,
and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be
shaken. [AND THEN SHALL APPEAR THE SIGN OF THE SON OF MAN IN HEAVEN]: and then
shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, [AND THEY SHALL SEE THE SON OF MAN
COMING IN THE CLOUDS OF HEAVEN] with power and great glory. And he shall send
his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his
elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other” (Matthew
24:29-31).
Jesus also warns, says: “Nevertheless when the Son of man [COMETH],
shall he find [FAITH] on the earth? (Luke 18:8).
“Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter
into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in
heaven” (Matthew 7:21).
“[FOR MANY ARE CALLED, BUT FEW ARE CHOSEN]” (Matthew 22:14).
“Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not
prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name
done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, [I NEVER KNEW
YOU]: depart from me, ye that work iniquity” (Matthew 7:21-23).
“And these shall go away into [EVERLASTING PUNISHMENT]: [BUT
THE RIGHTEOUS INTO LIFE ETERNAL]” (Matthew 25:46).
“He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto
the churches” (Revelation 3:22).
“I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and [THE END], the first
and [THE LAST]” (Revelation 22:13).
“Behold, he cometh with clouds; and [EVERY EYE SHALL SEE
HIM], and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail
because of him. Even so, Amen” (Revelation 1:7).
“And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to
give every man according as his work shall be. Blessed are they that do his commandments,
that they may have [RIGHT TO THE TREE OF LIFE], and may enter in through the
gates into the city” (Revelation 22:12, 14).
“[I JESUS HAVE SENT MINE ANGEL TO TESTIFY UNTO YOU THESE
THINGS IN THE CHURCHES]. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the
bright and morning star.
He which testifieth these things saith, [SURELY I COME
QUICKLY]. Amen. [EVEN SO, COME, LORD JESUS]. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ
be with you all. Amen” (Revelation 22:16-21).
