“‘IT IS MORE BLESSED TO GIVE THAN TO RECEIVE’” (Acts 20:35).
Walking down any busy shopping street in any Town or City, a person may
be deceived into thinking that people having lots of money and buying numerous
gifts are the only ones enjoying the holiday season.
However, any celebration of the Christmas Season without having GOD and his
ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, JESUS CHRIST is an absolutely waste of time (John 3:15-18).
“For God so loved the world, that [HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON], that
whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For
God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world
through him might be saved” (John 3:16-17).
We must all be reminded of these words of our Lord, Savior and King, saying: “‘IT IS MORE BLESSED TO GIVE THAN TO RECEIVE’” (Acts 20:35).
“TAKE HEED, AND BEWARE OF COVETOUSNESS: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth” (Luke 12:15).
