LORD’s PRAYER. What pray MORNING and NIGHT the LORD’s PRAYER (Matthew 6:9-13)?
“It is of the LORD’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new [EVERY MORNING]: great is thy faithfulness” (Lamentations 3:22-23).
“IT is a good thing to give thanks unto the
LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High: To shew forth thy
lovingkindness in the [MORNING], and thy faithfulness every [NIGHT]” (Psalm
92:1-2).
“I am the LORD, and there is none else, there
is no God beside me” (Isaiah 45:5).
“The earth is the LORD’s, and the fullness
thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein” (Psalm 24:1).
“Know ye that the LORD he is God: [IT IS HE
THAT HATH MADE US], and not we ourselves; [WE ARE HIS PEOPLE, AND THE SHEEP OF
HIS PASTURE]” (Psalm 100:3).
We must therefore, DAILY pray to God the
Father, the LORD in the name of His Only Begotten Son, Lord Jesus because ALL
things were created by God, the LORD by Jesus Christ (Genesis 1:1-31).
“[ALL THINGS WERE MADE BY HIM; AND WITHOUT HIM
WAS NOT ANY THING MADE THAT WAS MADE. IN HIM WAS LIFE; AND THE LIFE WAS THE
LIGHT OF MEN]” (John 1:3-4).
Jesus Christ says: “All things that the Father
hath are mine” (John 16:15).
“[ALL POWER IS GIVEN UNTO ME IN HEAVEN AND IN
EARTH]” (Matthew 28:18).
“The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all
things into his hand” (John 3:35).
“Not that any man hath seen the Father, save
he which is of God, he hath seen the Father” (John 6:46).
“[IF ANY MAN WILL COME AFTER ME], [LET HIM
DENY HIMSELF], and [TAKE UP HIS CROSS DAILY], and [FOLLOW ME]” (Luke 9:23).
“[AND HE THAT TAKETH NOT HIS CROSS], and
followeth after me, [IS NOT WORTHY OF ME]” (Matthew 10:38).
“When thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and
when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy
Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly” (Matthew 6:6).
“When ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as
the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much
speaking. Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things
ye have need of, before ye ask him” (Matthew 6:7-8).
“And whatsoever ye shall [ASK IN MY NAME],
that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son” (John 14:13).
“[AFTER THIS MANNER THEREFORE PRAY YE]: Our
Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth,
as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our
debtors.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver
us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever.
Amen” (Matthew 6:9-13).
