The LORD God is the FATHER OF LIGHTS. The Lord Jesus Christ, His Only Begotten Son is the LIGHT of the World, and God’s Elect the Children of God are the Children of LIGHT. “For ye are all the children of God by [FAITH IN CHRIST JESUS]” (Galatians 3:24).

Let us therefore keep in the LIGHT and the SALVATION of God, and have NO FEAR of the Darkness in this world!

“[FOR GOD HATH NOT APPOINTED US TO WRATH, BUT TO OBTAIN SALVATION BY OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST]” (1 Thessalonians 5:6-9).

“The LORD is [MY LIGHT AND MY SALVATION]; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?” (Psalm 27:1).

“[FOR HE IS NOT A GOD OF THE DEAD, BUT OF THE LIVING: FOR ALL LIVE UNTO HIM]” (Luke 20:38).

“This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that [GOD IS LIGHT], and in him is [NO DARKNESS AT ALL]” (1 John 1:5).

“[EVERY GOOD GIFT AND EVERY PERFECT GIFT IS FROM ABOVE], and cometh down from the [FATHER OF LIGHTS], with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning” (James 1:17).

JESUS says: “[I AM COME A LIGHT INTO THE WORLD, THAT WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH ON ME SHOULD NOT ABIDE IN DARKNESS]’” (John 12:46).

“[I AM THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD: HE THAT FOLLOWETH ME SHALL] not walk in darkness, but shall have the [LIGHT OF LIFE]” (John 8:12).

“As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world” (John 9:5).

At the End of the world, the DAY OF THE LORD will COME as a Thief in the NIGHT (Amos 5:18, 20) (2 Peter 3:13-14) (Revelation 11:18).

“The great [DAY OF THE] LORD is near, it is near, and hasteth greatly, even the voice of the day of the LORD: the mighty man shall cry there bitterly. That day is a [DAY OF WRATH], a day of trouble and distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness” (Zephaniah 1:14–15).

“[FOR THE WRATH OF GOD] Is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness” (Romans 1:18).

“[BUT YE, BRETHREN, ARE NOT IN DARKNESS, THAT THAT DAY SHOULD OVERTAKE YOU AS A THIEF]. Ye are all the children of light” (1 Thessalonians 5:4–5).

“[THEREFORE LET US NOT SLEEP, AS DO OTHERS; BUT LET US WATCH AND BE SOBER]. For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night. But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation. [FOR GOD HATH NOT APPOINTED US TO WRATH, BUT TO OBTAIN SALVATION BY OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST]” (1 Thessalonians 5:6-9).

“[TAKE HEED, BRETHREN], lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God. But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. [FOR WE ARE MADE PARTAKERS OF CHRIST, IF WE HOLD THE BEGINNING OF OUR CONFIDENCE STEDFAST UNTO THE END]” (Hebrews 3:12-14).

“[KEEP YOURSELVES IN THE LOVE OF GOD], looking for the mercy of our Lord [JESUS CHRIST UNTO ETERNAL LIFE]” (Jude 1:21).

“The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen” (2 Corinthians 13:14).
