THE NEW JERUSALEM IS IN NEW HEAVENS ON ANOTHER EARTH. John in his vision at the end of time clearly revealed this fact when he saw the firstfruits redeemed from this earth with the Lamb on mount Sion (Revelation 14:1),
JESUS is already REIGNING in the NEW JERUSALEM in the NEW HEAVENS and a NEW EARTH (Hebrews 1:1-2).
“[WHILE WE
LOOK NOT AT THE THINGS WHICH ARE SEEN], but at the things which are not seen;
for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen
are eternal” (2 Corinthians 4:18).
“THEREFORE WE ARE ALWAYS CONFIDENT, knowing that, whilst [WE
ARE AT HOME IN THE BODY, WE ARE ABSENT] from the Lord” (2 Corinthians 5:6–7).
“For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle
were dissolved, we have a building of God, a house not made with hands,
[ETERNAL IN THE HEAVENS]” (2 Corinthians 5:1).
On the Last
Day, the Day of Judgment, when Jesus commands his sheep to follow him, he says:
“‘Come, ye blessed of my Father, [INHERIT THE KINGDOM PREPARED FOR YOU FROM THE
FOUNDATION OF THE WORLD]’” (Matthew 25:31–34).
“THEN COMETH
THE END, when he shall have [DELIVERED UP THE KINGDOM TO GOD, EVEN THE FATHER];
when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power” (1 Corinthians
15:24).
“But ye are
come unto [MOUNT SION, AND UNTO THE CITY OF THE LIVING GOD, THE HEAVENLY
JERUSALEM], and to an innumerable company of angels,
To the
general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and
to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,
[AND TO
JESUS THE MEDIATOR OF THE NEW COVENANT], and to the blood of sprinkling, that
speaketh better things than that of Abel.
[SEE THAT YE
REFUSE NOT HIM THAT SPEAKETH. FOR IF THEY ESCAPED NOT WHO REFUSED HIM THAT
SPAKE ON EARTH, MUCH MORE SHALL NOT WE ESCAPE, IF WE TURN AWAY FROM HIM THAT
SPEAKETH FROM HEAVEN]” (Hebrews 12:22-25).
“[JESUS
CHRIST THE SAME YESTERDAY, AND TODAY, AND FOREVER]” (Hebrews 13:8). “Unto him
be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, [WORLD WITHOUT
END]. Amen” (Ephesians 3:21).
“To him be
glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen” (1 Peter 5:11).
