LOVE GOD or love money?
“Thus saith the LORD the maker thereof, the LORD that formed it, to establish it; the LORD is his name” (Jeremiah 33:2).
“I AM the LORD thy God. Thou shalt have no other gods before
me” (Exodus 20:2–3).
“I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God
beside me” (Isaiah 45:5).
“[IS THERE A GOD BESIDE ME? ‘YEA, THERE IS NO GOD; I KNOW NOT
ANY]’” (Isaiah 44:7–8).
“For the LORD is great, and greatly to be praised: he is to
be feared above all gods. For all the gods of the nations are idols: but the
LORD made the heavens” (Psalm 96:4-5).
JESUS says: “[NO SERVANT CAN SERVE TWO MASTERS]: for either
he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and
despise the other. [YE CANNOT SERVE GOD AND MAMMON]” (Luke 16:13).
“[THOU SHALT LOVE THE LORD THY GOD WITH ALL THY HEART, AND
WITH ALL THY SOUL, AND WITH ALL THY MIND. THIS IS THE FIRST AND GREAT
COMMANDMENT]” (Matthew 22:36–38).
“For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while
some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves
through with many sorrows” (1 Timothy 6:10).
“The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and
the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen” (2 Corinthians 13:14).
