There will be a period of DARKNESS in the END OF YEARS just prior to the COMING of our Lord JESUS, and he warns, says: “[WATCH] therefore: [FOR YE KNOW NOT WHAT HOUR] your Lord doth come” (Matthew 24:42).

“[THE SUN SHALL BE TURNED INTO DARKNESS, AND THE MOON INTO BLOOD, BEFORE THE GREAT AND THE TERRIBLE DAY OF THE] LORD come. And it shall come to pass, that [WHOSOEVER SHALL CALL ON THE NAME] of the LORD shall [BE DELIVERED]: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call” (Joel 2:31-32).

Peter, Jesus’ disciple warned, said: “[WATCH] ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness” (2 Peter 3:17).

The Apostle Paul also warend said: “[THEREFORE LET US NOT SLEEP], as do others; but let us watch and be sober. For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night. But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation. For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to [OBTAIN SALVATION BY OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST]” (1 Thessalonians 5:6-9).

JESUS also warned, says: “[WATCH] ye therefore, [AND PRAY ALWAYS, THAT YE MAY BE ACCOUNTED WORTHY TO ESCAPE] all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man” (Luke 21:34–36).

“AND [TAKE HEED TO YOURSELVES, LEST AT ANY TIME] your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and [CARES OF THIS LIFE], and ]SO THAT DAY COME UPON YOU UNAWARES]. For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.

[WATCH YE THEREFORE, AND PRAY ALWAYS], that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to [STAND] before the Son of man” (Luke 21:34–36).

“[TAKE YE HEED, WATCH AND PRAY]: for ye know not when the time is” (Mark 13:33).

“And what I say unto you I say unto all, [WATCH]” (Mark 13:37).

“[THEREFORE BE YE ALSO READY]: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh” (Matthew 24:44).

“[IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE TRIBULATION] of those days shall the [SUN BE DARKENED, AND THE MOON SHALL NOT GIVE HER LIGHT], and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken” (Matthew 24:29).

“So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors” (Matthew 24:33).

“[FOR AS THE LIGHTNING COMETH OUT OF THE EAST], and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory” (Matthew 24:27, 39).

[AND THEN SHALL APPEAR THE SIGN OF THE SON OF MAN IN HEAVEN]: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other” (Matthew 24:30-31).

“[BEHOLD, I COME AS A THIEF]. [BLESSED IS HE THAT WATCHETH], and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame” (Revelation 16:15).

“He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen” (Revelation 22:20-21).
