GOD is the LORD is K I N G of H E A V E N is the MOST HIGH: The FATHER and rules over ALL: The Heavens and the Earth.
The HEAVENS do rule (Daniel 4:26).
“God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that [POWER BELONGETH UNTO GOD]” (Psalm 62:11).
“The LORD hath [PREPARED HIS THRONE IN THE HEAVENS; AND HIS KINGDOM RULETH OVER ALL]” (Psalm 103:19).
“The LORD is [KING FOR EVER AND EVER]: the heathen are perished out of his land” (Psalm 10:16).
“And all [THE INHABITANTS OF THE EARTH ARE REPUTED AS NOTHING]: and he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth: and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou?” (Daniel 4:35).
“But the LORD is in his holy temple: let all the earth keep silence before him” (Habakkuk 2:20).
“There is no wisdom nor understanding nor counsel against the LORD” (Proverbs 21:30).
“For the LORD is great, and greatly to be praised: he is to be feared above all gods. Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad; let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof. Let the field be joyful, and all that is therein: then shall all the trees of the wood rejoice. Before the LORD: for he cometh, for he cometh to judge the earth: [HE SHALL JUDGE THE WORLD WITH RIGHTEOUSNESS, AND THE PEOPLE WITH HIS TRUTH]” (Psalm 96:4, 11-13).
“The works of his hands are verity and judgment; all his commandments are sure. They stand fast for ever and ever, and are done in truth and uprightness.
He sent redemption unto his people: he hath commanded his covenant for ever: [HOLY AND REVEREND IS HIS NAME].
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever” (Psalm 111:7-10).

“For whosoever exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted” (Luke 14:11).
“Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you” (1 Peter 5:6–7).
