We must be faithful BELIEVERS and FOLLOWERS of our LORD God and of our Lord JESUS CHRIST yesterday, today and our fervent prayer, hope and faith is FOREVER (Matthew 5:8-9)!
“For God so
loved the world, that [HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON], that whosoever
[BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD] not perish, but [HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE] (John 3:16).
Let us be reminded of these words of the Apostle Paul, the
apostle to the Gentiles who said:
“PAUL, a
servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God’s
elect, and the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness;
[IN HOPE OF
ETERNAL LIFE], which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;
But hath in
due times manifested his word through preaching, which is committed unto me
according to the commandment of God our Saviour;” (Titus 1:1-3).
“[JESUS
CHRIST THE SAME YESTERDAY, AND TODAY, AND FOREVER]” (Hebrews 13:8).
“[FOR THE PREACHING OF THE CROSS IS
TO] them that perish foolishness; but unto [US WHICH ARE SAVED IT IS THE [POWER
OF GOD]” (1 Corinthians 1:19).
“[BUT IF OUR
GOSPEL BE HID, IT IS HID TO THEM THAT ARE LOST]:
In whom the
god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, [LEST THE
LIGHT OF THE GLORIOUS GOSPEL OF CHRIST, WHO IS THE IMAGE OF GOD, SHOULD SHINE
UNTO THEM].
For we
preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants
for Jesus’ sake.
[FOR GOD,
WHO COMMANDED THE LIGHT TO SHINE OUT OF DARKNESS], hath shined in our hearts,
[TO GIVE THE LIGHT OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE GLORY OF GOD IN THE FACE OF JESUS
CHRIST]” (2 Corinthians 4:3-6).
“Now the
[GOD OF PEACE], that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great
shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, Make you
perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is
wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and
ever. Amen” (Hebrews 13:20-21).
“And the
very [GOD OF PEACE] sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and
soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ”
(1 Thessalonians 5:23).
“Now the [GOD OF PEACE] be with you all. Amen” (Romans 15:33).
