HEAVENLY or earthly?
What we have desired in our lifetime will determine our inheritance on the LAST DAY.
To desire
heavenly things of the SPIRIT is to desire RIGHTEOUSNESS
is to desire EVERLASTING LIFE (Matthew 25:31-34).
To desire
earthly things is to desire the things of the flesh is to desire UNRIGHTEOUSNESS
is to desire EVERLASTING PUNISHMENT (Matthew 25:41, 46).
The Apostle
Paul further articulated, saying: “Now the works of the [FLESH] are manifest,
which are these; adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry,
witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell
you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such
things shall not inherit the Kingdom of God” (Galatians 5:19–21).
“But the
fruit of the [SPIRIT] is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness,
faith” (Galatians 5:22).
“Therefore,
brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. For [IF YE
LIVE AFTER THE FLESH, YE SHALL DIE]: but [IF YE THROUGH THE SPIRIT] do mortify
the deeds of the body, [YE SHALL LIVE]” (Romans 8:12-13).
“[BE NOT
DECEIVED]; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also
reap. For [HE THAT SOWETH TO HIS FLESH SHALL OF THE FLESH REAP CORRUPTION]; but
[HE THAT SOWETH TO THE SPIRIT SHALL OF THE SPIRIT REAP LIFE EVERLASTING]”
(Galatians 6:7-8).
“[HE THAT
BELIEVETH ON THE SON HATH EVERLASTING LIFE]: and he that believeth not the Son
shall not see life; but the [WRATH OF GOD] abideth on him” (John 3:36).
“There is
therefore now [NO CONDEMNATION TO THEM WHICH ARE IN CHRIST JESUS, WHO WALK] not
after the flesh, but after [THE SPIRIT]” (Romans 8:1).
“For God so
loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth
in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son
into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be
saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is
condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only
begotten Son of God” (John 3:16-18).
“[FOR SINCE
THE BEGINNING OF THE WORLD MEN HAVE NOT HEARD, NOR PERCEIVED BY THE EAR,
NEITHER HATH THE EYE SEEN], O God, beside thee, what [HE HATH PREPARED FOR HIM
THAT WAITETH FOR HIM]” (Isaiah 64:4).
“Blessed be the LORD, [WHO DAILY LOADETH US WITH BENEFITS], even the God
of our salvation. Selah. He that is our God is the God of [SALVATION]; and unto
God the LORD belong the [ISSUES FROM DEATH]” (Psalm 68:19-20).
“Blessed be the LORD God of Israel [FROM EVERLASTING, AND TO EVERLASTING]. Amen, and Amen” (Psalm 41:13).
