We must PRAISE the LORD God for his goodness because without GOD we would not exist (Genesis 2:7)! “Thus saith the LORD the maker thereof, the LORD that formed it, to establish it; the LORD is his name” (Jeremiah 33:2). “For all the earth is mine” (Exodus 19:5).
“The sea is his, and he made it: and his hands formed the dry land. The earth is the LORD’s, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein” (Psalms 95:5, 24:1).
“Before the
mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the
world, even [FROM EVERLASTING TO EVERLASTING], thou art God” (Psalm 90:2).
“Oh that men
would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the
children of men! For he satisfieth the longing soul, and filleth the hungry soul
with goodness” (Psalm 107:8-9).
“PRAISE ye the LORD. Praise ye the LORD from the heavens:
praise him in the heights.
Praise ye
him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts.
Kings of the
earth, and all people; princes, and all judges of the earth:
Both young
men, and maidens; old men, and children:
Let them
praise the name of the LORD: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is
above the earth and heaven.
Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye
the LORD” (Psalm 148:1-2, 11-13, 150:6).
